The Easter Programme (or Easter Plus) is a comprehensive three-week residential course designed for students aged 12 to 17, focusing on intensive English language development and a rich cultural experience during the Easter holidays. Held at the Dicker centre, the program is structured around 22.5 hours of English lessons per week, which includes dedicated time for English Skills, Enrichment, and a Research Project. Lessons are crafted to improve students' general language competencies, covering grammar and vocabulary, while heavily emphasizing communication, fluency, and building speaking confidence. The curriculum aims to improve all four key language skills, enhance confidence, and give students a better understanding of British life and culture. Students can complement their main English tuition with optional Academies, such as Tennis or Horse Riding, for an additional specialist experience. The course is fully inclusive of a full programme of afternoon Sports & Activities and evening Social Events (like discos and an Easter Egg Hunt), and features two full-day weekend excursions—one to London to see major sights and another to a location like Brighton for a cultural visit and shopping. The recommended minimum stay is two weeks, but the full experience runs for three weeks.

Bede's Summer School offers additional courses and extracurriculars via its ‘Academies’ - Bede’s unique approach to professional training. Coaching spans a range of sports, creative pursuits, leisure activities, and academic subjects. These academies are engineered with the goal of amplifying students' expertise, dexterity, and technical know-how. Designed as an alternative to the typical camp-style sports afternoons, the academies grant students the flexibility to tailor their learning experience. This structure extends learning beyond the conventional classroom setting. There are many advantages to these academies. While some are crafted to invigorate students' inventive faculties, others aim to augment their introspective abilities or foster critical thinking. Certain academies focus on enhancing physical fitness and agility, whereas others prioritise nurturing self-assurance, encouraging students to venture beyond their customary boundaries. Regardless of the discipline - be it athletic, artistic, recreational, or scholastic - each academy is unified in its commitment to bolstering students' communication proficiency, self-confidence in articulation, and fluency.
Students are given the opportunity to live alongside peers hailing from the world over, promoting cultural interaction, multilingual communication, and the development of new friendships. Each boarding house is equipped with bathrooms on every floor that are designed for shared use. With Bede's staff residing within these same premises, they are constantly available, ensuring that any arising concerns, even nocturnal ones, are promptly addressed. A pivotal figure in each boarding house is the House Parent, who is entrusted with the efficient operations of the house and the ultimate comfort and welfare of its residents. To ensure consistency and clarity, the school adopts a daily routine of house registers and meetings, guaranteeing all students are updated on the day's itinerary. In terms of practical amenities, a laundry service, managed by the House Parent, is provided for students a minimum of once a week, and its cost is incorporated into the overall fee. Safety measures are of paramount importance, leading to weekly unscheduled fire drills ensuring student familiarity with evacuation processes. Finally, while Bede's determines boarding arrangements based on weekly enrollments, they do take into consideration accommodation requests from students. However, they note that while they aim to fulfil these requests, they cannot always guarantee their availability upon arrival.
