Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies of Rokket Digital Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our website (https://bestsummercourses.com) (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Who We Are

  • Company Name: Rokket Digital Ltd
  • Registered Address: Suite 301, 179 Whiteladies Road, Bristol, Avon, BS8 2AG, United Kingdom
  • Contact Email: privacy@rokket-digital.co.uk

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process personal information about two groups of people: families and students enquiring about a course, and the people who run the camps we list.

If you enquire about a course, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you give us one
  • The age of the person the enquiry is for, and whether you are enquiring for a child, for yourself, or as an agent or school
  • Your country of residence
  • The dates or session you are interested in, and anything you write in your message
  • The page you enquired from, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse of the form

If you list a camp with us, we collect:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your camp’s name and website, and roughly how many camps you run
  • A record of when you gave consent, the page you registered from, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address
  • If you set up an account, the details needed to run it, including your sign-in identity, which is held for us by our authentication provider

If you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, what you write in your message, and whether you told us you are a family, a camp provider or something else. We use them only to reply to you.

If you use the search on our homepage, we store what you typed, so we can see how well the search works, together with a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse of the search. We do not store your name or email address alongside it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To manage and process your enquiries, including passing them on to third-party course Providers where explicitly stated on the enquiry form or where a partner Provider can fulfill your course request.
  • To provide you with relevant information about services you request.
  • To communicate with you regarding your enquiries or the Service.
  • To contact you about listing your camp with us, and to send you the invitation that sets up your provider account.
  • To run your provider account, including signing you in, publishing the listing you give us, and contacting you about it.
  • To reply to messages you send us through our contact form.
  • To improve our Service and user experience.

If we wish to use your information for any purpose not covered by this Privacy Policy, we will seek your explicit consent before doing so.

4. Sharing Your Information

We will share your personal information in the following circumstances:

  1. With Course Providers: Enquiries submitted via our site may be shared with third-party course Providers, either explicitly mentioned on the enquiry form or identified as suitable to fulfill your request.
  2. With the services we use to run the Service: We use third parties to host our website and database, to send email on our behalf, to manage provider sign-in, to store uploaded images, to notify our own team internally of new enquiries, and to interpret homepage searches. They act on our instructions and only for these purposes.
  3. For Service Enhancements: With third-party service providers (e.g., analytics and advertising services) for limited purposes, such as analyzing site usage or marketing.
  4. Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or legal requests.
  5. Corporate Changes: If the Service or our company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred as part of the assets.

We require all third parties receiving your personal information to handle it securely and use it only for the specified purposes. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

5. Commission and Referral

Our site may receive a commission for referrals that result in paid bookings with third-party Providers. This process does not affect your rights or the handling of your personal data.

6. If You List a Camp With Us

This section is about you as an individual, not about your camp’s listing.

We use your name and work email to contact you about listing your camp, to send you the invitation that sets up your account, and to follow up if you do not take it up. Once you have an account, we use them to run it.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the registration form, and which you can withdraw at any time.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. You can also reply to any email we send you, or write to privacy@rokket-digital.co.uk, and we will stop contacting you.

Your camp’s listing — its description, dates, prices and photographs — is business information and is published deliberately. Photographs you upload may show identifiable people, and you are responsible for having permission to publish them, particularly where children appear.

7. Retention of Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Typically, this period ranges from 90 days to 2 years for inactive accounts. Residual anonymous or aggregate data may be retained indefinitely.

If you registered a camp with us, we keep your details for as long as we are in touch with you about listing it, and for as long as your account is open. We review these records periodically and delete those we no longer need.

8. Your Rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the following rights:

  • Access and Rectification: Request access to and correction of your personal data.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Portability: Request the transfer of your data to another service provider.
  • Restriction or Objection: Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for data processing.

To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@rokket-digital.co.uk. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience. For details on how we use cookies and your choices, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

10. Security of Your Information

We implement reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

Our site acts solely as a referral platform. We are not responsible for any issues arising before, during, or after a course you attend following an enquiry through our Service. Any agreements or contracts are between you and the course Provider.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on the Service, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly.
