The International Persian Summer School will take place at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, Serbia, from 29 June to 17 July 2025 for the 3-week program and from 29 June to 24 July 2026 for the 4-week program. The academic component includes 30 hours of instruction per week (90 hours in 3 weeks), focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through communicative and task-based learning. Classes are taught in Persian, with English as support when necessary. Weekly assessments and a final exam measure students' progress.
Participants can enjoy one city educational excursions as well as free Persian calligraphy workshops. Social media groups and online support sessions are also available after the course.
Accommodation is not guaranteed by the university, but student dormitory placements may be arranged upon early registration. Alternatively, students can find private accommodation in apartments, hostels, or hotels in Belgrade.
