The program covers tasting techniques, food and wine pairings, and studies of major French wine regions, aiming to impart a thorough understanding of wine terroirs (environment) and varietals (types of grape).
The curriculum focuses on the theory of viticulture and winemaking methods in France, identifying main French wine regions and their appellations, and introduces food and wine pairing principles.
Includes a cooking demonstration by a Le Cordon Bleu Chef, master classes on different international wine styles, and a discovery of wines from organic and biodynamic farming.
