Acceptable Use PolicyLast updated: 19 August 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on https://bestsummercourses.com (“our site”), operated by Rokket Digital Ltd. It applies to everyone who uses the site, and in particular to anyone who submits content to it — including camp operators who list a camp with us and upload descriptions, session details and photographs.
It sits alongside our Website Terms of Use, our Terms and Conditions of Membership, and our Privacy Policy. By using our site or submitting content to it, you agree to this policy.
1. Content You Submit
Anything you submit to our site must be:
- Accurate, and not misleading about what you offer, where it takes place, what it costs or who runs it
- Lawful, and compliant with any regulation that applies to the activity you are describing
- Yours to submit, or used with the permission of whoever owns it
- Suitable for a site used by families, including children
2. Photographs and Images
Photographs need more care than text, because they often show real people.
- You must own the images you upload, or have permission from the photographer to publish them
- Where an image shows an identifiable person, you must have that person’s permission to publish it. Where the person is a child, you must have the permission of their parent or guardian. This is your responsibility, not ours — you took the photographs and you know the families
- Do not upload images that identify a child alongside information that could put them at risk, such as a home address or the times they can be found somewhere
- Images must show your own provision. Do not use stock or third-party photographs in a way that suggests they show your camp
If someone withdraws their permission, tell us and we will remove the image.
3. What You Must Not Do
You must not use our site to submit or publish content that:
- Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or likely to harass, upset or alarm anyone
- Promotes discrimination on grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or age
- Infringes anyone else’s copyright, trade marks or other rights
- Is sexually explicit, promotes violence, or promotes illegal activity
- Impersonates another person or organisation, or misrepresents your connection to one
- Breaches any legal duty you owe to a third party, such as a duty of confidence
You must also not misuse our site itself — including by introducing viruses or other malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or database behind it, scraping it at a scale that affects its operation, or using it to send unsolicited marketing.
4. Enforcement
We decide whether content breaches this policy, and we may act without notice where we consider it necessary. Depending on the breach we may:
- Edit or remove the content
- Warn you, or suspend or withdraw your right to use our site
- Suspend or terminate a listing or membership
- Disclose what is necessary to law enforcement where we are required to, or where we consider it appropriate
Removing a listing does not entitle you to a refund where the breach caused the removal.
5. Reporting a Problem
If you think something on our site breaches this policy, or if a photograph shows you or your child and you want it taken down, email privacy@rokket-digital.co.uk. Tell us where on the site it appears and what the problem is, and we will look into it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
