St. Bernard Summer Camp

The St. Bernard Summer camp in Liddes-Saint Bernard is a springtime language and activity programme for youths aged 9–17 set in the Swiss Alps, where full-board accommodation is provided in a friendly chalet or with local host families and students can choose to study English, German or French (from beginner to advanced) in small classes (about 6 students) focusing on practical communication and fun learning methods.

Alongside daily language lessons (Monday–Friday mornings), the camp offers a varied schedule of outdoor activities, excursions to local and regional highlights, workshops and evening social events, plus optional extras like horse riding, intensive language lessons or tennis, all with 24/7 supervision in a scenic alpine environment.

Afternoons offer workshops such as football, basketball, tennis, painting, dance, graffiti and cooking. Two half-day excursions during the week and a full-day excursion on Saturday are included, for example to Sion, Champex-Lac or Aosta. Evenings have discos, karaoke, casino nights, movies, campfires and games.

Participants stay in comfortable full-board accommodation in Liddes-Saint-Bernard, either in a friendly chalet or with local host families, with 24/7 supervision, meals, and a welcoming environment that supports both learning and social interaction.

The 8-bed room has no extra fee, the 6-bed room costs 100 CHF a week extra and the 4-bed room 200 CHF a week extra. The chalet has ping pong, billiards, table football and a garden.
