About this camp

Event specific training on an IAAF regulation 8 lane track, for first time campers and aspiring college recruits alike. Sessions cover running mechanics, starts, pacing and event specific technique, with timed trials and mock meets.

Campers also work on speed, explosive power and endurance, plus focus and pre event preparation. Holiday camps accept ages 10 to 18.

What you'll do

Evening and weekend activities include poolside movies, cultural dining, beach trips and shopping. Campers on multi week stays can add optional trips in summer, such as Busch Gardens, TopGolf, Skyzone, Disney World and Universal Studios, depending on the season.

Accommodation and food

Boarding campers stay in on campus residence halls, with residential mentors in each hall overseeing safety and support. Boarding campers follow set curfews and daily schedules. Day campers go home each evening. Boarding and day options are both available.
