About this camp

New wrestlers build stance, takedowns and escapes through steady repetition before anything live. More advanced wrestlers train with IMG Academy's coaching staff, with live scrambling sessions for those aiming for varsity roster spots.

Sessions cover top and bottom position work, live matches, strength and conditioning, and competitive confidence. Training takes place on regulation mats in a dedicated wrestling facility.
