Each summer, students from more than 50 nations come to the picturesque TASIS campus—perched on a hillside with commanding views of palm trees, Lake Lugano, and the Swiss Alps—to enjoy intensive language programs in English, French, and Italian; robust offerings in visual and performing arts (including the production of three original musicals each session); a wide variety of outdoor adventures in the region’s mountains, lakes, and rivers; and convenient access to many of Europe’s most beautiful locations.
Academic offerings for sessions one and/or two include English as an Additional Language, French, Academic Writing, STEAM, Digital Photography, Filmmaking, Architecture & Design, Fine Art Portfolio, Fashion & Textile Design, La Cucina Italiana, Next Stop: Broadway!, Lean Startup Masterclass, and Introduction to Investment for HSP (ages 14–17); English as an Additional Language, French, Italian, Creative Writing, STEAM, Digital Photography, and Musical Theater for MSP (ages 11–13); English as an Additional Language, French, Italian, and STEAM for CDE (ages 7–10), and English as an Additional Language, French, and Italian for Minnows (ages 4–6).
Afternoons are generally reserved for activity tracks—including Milan Academy Scuola Calcio, basketball, tennis, golf, volleyball, CrossFit, rock climbing, dance, yoga, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, wakeboarding, windsurfing, sailing, hiking, and swimming—while most evenings are spent enjoying structured activities with friends.
Students are housed in nine beautiful on-campus dormitories overlooking Lake Lugano and the Swiss Alps.
